What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), order and payment references, messages, and — for professionals — verification documents such as business licences, tax clearance certificates, identity documents, certificates and photos of previous work.

How verification documents are used

Verification documents are stored privately. They are visible only to you and to Botsebi administrators for the purpose of reviewing your application or verification request. They are never shown on your public profile.

Payments

Card and mobile-money details are entered on the payment provider's own pages (Nedbank Lite / M-Pesa). Botsebi does not store card numbers.
