1. About Botsebi

Botsebi is an online marketplace in Lesotho that connects clients with independent professionals and companies. Botsebi is not the provider of the services listed.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information. Professionals must be approved by Botsebi before listing services, and may be asked to supply licences, tax clearance, identification, certificates or proof of work.

3. Orders and payments

Clients pay through Botsebi (M-Pesa or Nedbank Lite card payment). Funds are held while work is delivered. A platform commission of 10% is deducted from the professional's payout. Prices are in Maloti (M).

4. Refunds and disputes

Eligible refunds are returned less a 5% fee. Disputes are reviewed by Botsebi administrators, whose decision on how held funds are released is final on the platform.
